Black Rose is an elusive being. Not much is known about it, excepting that it sends someone it hires to see its employer. To this end, the employer never knows what it looks like.
Black Rose is known for its double guns. These guns are a variation of the AR.27 technology. They are not as powerful nor as fast but are deadly none the less. The gun fires long steel spikes through a magnetic accelerator barrel. They don't have enough pwer to go through metals, but penetrate flesh, bone, and muscle quite easily. The guns are custom-made so they do not exist on the markets.

Black Rose is actually a woman, whose real name is Isabella Nimeo. She became the elusive bounty hunter Black Rose because of her uncanny ability to suduce either gender into doing what she needs. Then like a rose with thorns she disposes of them either by killing or by intoxicating them with black omniside. The toxin affects the subconscious part of the brain thus making the experience she chooses a 'dream' of sorts. The 'dream' operates like a trance, so the victim is unaware of the events occuring, treating them as if they were a dream. This gave her the nickname 'Black Rose'.
