Name: Darrik

Brief: Darrik is a main character for a story in Ev2.

Detailed: Darrik was raised in a family directly involved with gangs, exposing him to a great amount of violence at a young age. Because of the violence and emotional trauma he suffered Darrik prefers not to make friends because he's afraid he'll loose them too. The family he was raised in wasn't his real family, however, and they merely found him on the street in an odd-looking blanket. Because of gun-intensive upbringing, his accuracy with a firearm is rarely matched. He lost his left eye in a gang war and has had a biotech replacement installed, though the replacement looks natural, made possible by the great wealth of his family. His implant allows him to zoom in on targets if need be.

Now that Darrik is grown he is a hired gun for whoever needs him, but for a cover up job he is a mechanic. His biotech eye makes him a master of his job, as he can zoom in on things up close to examine and find the problem and fix it. He doesn't like crowds much, and he currently lives in Crystal City. He has little recollection of his life before the "family". His weapon is a custom-built electronic revolver. He had it made to resemble the mechanical version of an antique Colt, and it carries six rounds. He has excellent marksmanship, which makes him a lethal hired gun.

Added May 21st 2003: Darrik's hired gun name is Mithos the Blue, or the Blue Demon. Darrik got his name because of his blue trench coat, and his revolver which emits a blue neon flash when fired, giving the appearance of a lightning bolt.
