Detailed: Neo-C is one of the largest cities to be found in the Ohio Territory, and as such serves as a hub of sorts for all sorts of activity. The city thrives economically at all times, since its businesses vary from season to season, and in some cases from one week to the next. Manufacturing, retail, and any number of service industries all exist within the city limits. Very few cities can boast nearly the type of economic variance that Neo-C enjoys, and this has been a great source of pride for the city.
Architecturally speaking the city is nothing spectacular, though aesthetically it does quite well for itself. The buildings here reach nearly to the hundred story mark, though these exist primarily downtown. Many of the other buildings tend towards archaic styles, some boasting long out-of-favor style choices, such as open porches and external staircases. The western part of the city is actually the site of several abandoned and deteriorating buildings. These are inhabited mostly by the undesirables of the city. Visitors are not prohibited from visiting these curiosities, but are advised of the risk and potential dangers involved.
The city proper is often referred to as New Columbus, and it is here that one will find the true essence of city life. The streets are filled with people at all times of the day, and the lights from the arcades never fade.
