Name: Crystal City - Sublayer One
Brief: The first of many lower levels of Crystal City.
Detailed: Sublayer one should not by any means be considered a real layer, being that it only exists because of the Maglev System. It should be just an underground subway station, but people that cannot afford to live on the surface take refuge in this sublayer. After a short ten years, businesses began to migrate into the lower level. Soon, permanent residences appeared and it was officially declared 'Sublayer - One'.
The rich do not live here because of the sanitation and the kind of persons that reside in these levels. Although it is not as bad as sublayers two and three, it still has its share of thieves, cutthroats, and homeless people. Due to this, law and regulation are forcefully instilled in the underground part of the city. People don't want to go to this sublayer without any real reason. Most of the time, they just hop on the Maglev they want and completely ignore the other part of the city that lies just outside of the main lobby doors of a Maglev station.
