Detailed: The Hill district is a very old part of Crystal City, where the wealthier residents of Crystal City live. The hill has two or three schools for the younger residents whose families can afford it. The "riff-raff", as some older residents are fond of saying, aren't exactly welcome in this area.

From artificial gardens to recreational centers, the rich and famous in this area live well, to the point that one could call it pampering. Their homes are copied from old designs found in the Archive Center. Large pillar patios, refreshing swimming pools, and robotic servants ensure that the residents never leave the lap of luxury.
